I hated having to replace my 25 year old machine. I was afraid I wouldn't find anything that worked as well. This washer is noticeable better than my old washer. Clothes are cleaner and smell fresher. The feature it has that I didn't even know about was the ability to change the direction the door opens. This feature alone would have sold it to me. Great for my comforters, blankets...wash well with enough space to do a thorough clean & spin dry. However, the app does not communicate well with our internet in this area. I read many reviews and decided to get this washer. I am really glad we got this washer. My clothes come out cleaner and softer. The extra features like fill up big dispenser and go, quiet, light for inside drum is handy and more are great. My only complaint is when you do a small load doesn't completely dry. Sometimes have to do a rinse /spin again
