The refrigerator came with the new arc we recently purchased. It works well except it is loud and seems to vibrate at the base. We will be getting it serviced or replaced.

Any setting above cool will freeze the refrigerator up after a few hours. As you add or remove and food or drinks you have to compensate and adjust the temp setting. Have already lost several cans of soda and froze an entire gallon of milk when set half way between cool and cold. Not sure its supposed to do this.

My GPV10 refrig isn't able to run for extended periods (more than a day) without ac power. According to specs the average running loan is about 79 watts, using 104 AH / day. I have found these specs to be pretty accurate. I found the average running loan about 70 watts. I can't tell how many hours a day it runs, it's probably about 15 hours a day. Even with a solar panel and a generator it drains my battery. By day 2 without AC and running the generator 3 + hours a day and the solar panel 4 + hours a day it drains 2 deep cycle camper batteries. (The day time high temps were about 70 and the night time lows were about 50. As a camper refirg this doesn't work for me. We don't always camp in places with AC power so without AC we can only stay a day or maybe 2, with a generator and solar panels. Nice refirg but not for off grid camping. Also, I can't set the temp to be warmer than 40 degrees.

Runs quite a bit, but power consumption is reasonable. Only real negative is that noise level is more than ideal, especially noticeable at night when everything else is quiet.

Our Fridgeis a small but big refrigerator. It is in our 2022 Palomini trailer. Until today it worked wonderfully. When it suddenly stopped cooling, I tried to check ti circuit, but nothing seemed to affect the the circuit. The lights came on, just not the compressor.

This refrigerator came with our new camper. It has a slim design but lots of space for food and gallon jugs of milk and water. Runs off solar panel and is always cold. Freezes ice trays quickly too. Great product

We have had our RV for a year and this refrigerator has never worked properly. The first couple of trips I thought it was I just needed to get used to finding the proper temperature setting. The back wall froze up and even froze things in the back. The food on the door seemed warm but thermometer seemed to register within normal range. On the last trip we took it froze almost all of our food and we ended up throwing away a lot of the fruits and vegetables. We have taken to the dealership and they are giving us the run around on the warranty process. I just want this replaced so we can continue on our camping trips, I have to cancel 2 already.

We have been in RV families since growing up. This 12V RV fridge is seeming to be a great replacement to the old dual cooling (LP and Electric) units that we've had in our former RV's. Don't have to worry about this one having the burner go out while travelling down the road! Also, the space (CF) is fantastic!

This fridge came with our new Rockwood camper. I love the space.Would have liked wire shelves instead of glass in an rv but its not a problem.
Seems to be a lot louder than I would expect. Never had a compressor fridge in a rv so I don't know what to expect. When it is running I can feel it vibrating and hear it even if standing next to the camper outside.I guess I expect it to be like our home fridge.

Initially when we first purchased the 12volt appliance it had a manufactured flaw and it wasn't found until 6 months later. GE associates were happy to work with us to get an replacement and we were satisfied with their warranty services.

It came with trailer. It's my first 12v fridge. I love the added space and it works on 12v making it convenient. All in all I like it.
But there's downsides also. I get a lot of moisture buildup inside the fridge cabinet. The freezer gets cold enough for ice but not super cold for ice cream. I wish the light was not on all the time. I need to remember to disconnect my battery or at least trip the fridge fuse so the light doesn't drain my battery when I prop doors open.

We brought our brand new 2022, 2204s rock wood mini lite home after waiting 8 months for delivery and the GE Refrigerator does not work. Troubleshooted everything and light is on inside, I can hear the compressor on and it dose not get cold even after being on shore power for over 24hours. Ver disappointing.

If the current draw is 8 amps, in 24 hours the daily energy consumption is 8x24=192 aHrs, not 3.96aH. One of your numbers is wrong! An appliance of this type that consumes only 3.96aH in a day its OUTRAGEOUS, as it equates to only a .17 amp draw -- not even a small led lightbulb -- IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Conversely, when you state that it draws 8-9 amps, in 24 hours that equates to approximately 216aHrs; a consumption that will easily deplete any average battery installation in a camper. Please check your numbers.

We just bought a new Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite travel trailer. New to us is the 12 volt GE fridge. Two trips and it works really well. I feel better not having gas lines to this, and cools faster than our gas units did, along with extra space inside. No problems with it at all.

The first travel trailer we owned had the traditional, 6 cu ft, gas/electric fridge. This one is so much bigger at 9.8 cu ft, 12-volt dc, and both the refrigerator section and the freezer section are larger. Plus, in several states, it is illegal to run the gas fridge while hauling down the highway. This one is on when you plug the trailer connectors to your truck. Plus it has the solar panel on top. Just a much better fridge compared to the first one we had.

This unit came with my camper trailer. It's got good space inside. Actually I wish the rest of the trailer had the same sort of storage space. I can easily get a week's worth of groceries for two people inside. The only criticism I have is that the thermostat to control the cold does not have any fine settings. On, cold, coldest. So you sit there and play with it to get the temperature you want. Putting in a decent thermostat with useful settings

I know the dealership damaging my refrigerator before I took delivery of my brand new RV isn't the fault of the refrigerator or GE, but why should I be penalized for another person's actions. I have to wait 8 months for a part to come in on my brand new RV… Until I get that new door, this refrigerator sucks. You should call Kunes RV in Stougton Wisconsin and tell them my new refrigerator door will be here tomorrow.

07/21/21 We received our 4th DC refrigerator / freezer. We now have 2 deep freezers running off of (12 to 32 volt DC), and 2 refrigerator one of which is a GE GPV10FSNBSB refrigerator. I notice that on the GE wiring diagram on the controler and the compressor it states that the unite can run on eather 12 volts or 24 volts.

It is surprisingly big for such a compact appliance. I am a great packer but was impressed by how much I fit in the freezer. Beats coolers any day!
Only think I don't care for is the can holders on the door I would rather have had small shelves but definitely not a deal breaker.

Fit perfect in my travel trailer. Called GE customer service to verify use while driving and the agent was very helpful and quickly responded with answers. Sofar, everything works great! Side bottle holder is not as useful as I thought, water bottles stick out into main shelf. Would probably go with standard shelf next time.

This refrigerator was brand new installed in a 2021 RV and has only been used three times since February 2021. The freezer gets super cold to where it starts to frost over within hours. The refrigerator doesn't get anything cold for days but yet the top portion of the refrigerator has ice forming on the top and along the first 6 inches of the wall which I'm guessing is because the the freezer also freezing up. If this refrigerator is in your RV run away. The dealership doesn't help any and I'm 100% positive that GE doesn't care as well.

We've never had a 12volt fridge before. There is so much more room in the fridge and runs only on 12 volts. I don't know why you would go with a 120 volt / propane unit. This works just as good
