Bought this for my elderly parents. Many features but some basic ones that I found to be great is the one touch cook buttons that range from 1-one minute to 6- six minutes. My microwave at home doesn't do that. I'm a bit jealous. Great purchase

I was hesitant b/c of some of the reviews. I've only had the microwave for several weeks but it's worked perfectly. I replaced a microwave I've had for probably 20 years. It was fine, but some parts had started to yellow and I wanted something a bit smaller. I like the size of my new one, I like the look. I'm happy.

I would love to give a better review but and I have tried to stick with General Electric Apliances but my experience with microwaves has been shoddy at best unfortunately I've had two very expensive microwaves that have both failed within the first year basically the control pads and or the doorstops opening which is getting frustrated I decided to go buy an expensive General Electric product and it to has the same problems this is very sad.

I was replacing my old microwave with worked for 30 years! It was still working but door stopped closing. I was looking for microwave to fit in space where it belong. GE seemed like good choice. Liked it so far. It is no installation to talk about and it easy to use. Not sure if it will last as long as old one. I just have it for one day. Hope it will for few years.

Our last microwave was an off brand that only lasted a couple years. It was bigger but more flimsy, not study like this one. Also this one is a lot quieter. Love all the features on it. It came with a slight scrape on the paint on the side, but it's a cosmetic thing. Other than that it works great! We have four other GE appliances besides this one. They are trusted!

This microwave has lots of features usually found only on bigger, more powerful models. It has plenty of room for cooking large dishes and bowls, and plenty of power to cook fast when needed. Does not take up a lot of room on the counter like our previous 1100 watt model did. Overall, very satisfied with this Microwave and would recommend it.

I would like it if it worked properly! But the door must be slammed shut or complains door open. Then, after removal of item, when door is closed, light stays on and turntable turns until door is again slammed!

We've had this microwave for about a month. It's good for basic stuff, so far: making oatmeal, reheating dinners. It also defrosts frozen items, but it can be a little slow. Overall, we're happy with the unit.

This is the second GE Microwave that I've owned. My last microwave was a caloric that only lasted 4 years and wasn't powerful -- took forever to warm up food. I love this GE Microwave! It is small, efficient and warms up my food quickly. Love the "add 30 seconds" button, especially to reheat my coffee cup. You can't go wrong with this Microwave. Don't hesitate to purchase it!

I think my one disappointment is how loud it is when it's running (which isn't something you can get by looking at the specs). Otherwise, it was as described. A reminder to make sure you're comfortable with the size of it (not a lot of room for big dishes).

i love this microwave. I love the express cooking minutes and the plus 30 seconds. I love that it let's me know if i left food in it by beeping after about a minute and continues. i like the size of it also. It's perfect for my small cupboard area.

I can mute the beeping noise. Many times I forgot about what I have in the microwave oven and with my previous oven I come home to a beeping oven which my indoor cats have had to put up with for several hours. Now I can "mute" that sound. Perfect!

Small and mighty w/ nice features. Dimensions are as described and perfect for my smaller kitchen. I didn't really need a new microwave but renovated by kitchen and a smaller microwave seemed like a great idea. It took forever to get it and almost cancelled the order and look for another one but worth the weight.

This microwave oven is a replacement for another GE microwave that was a higher quality and more expensive model. The previous one developed a problem with the door latch so that when I opened the door the fan started to run before selecting a setting. It was a much quieter model. This new oven is very loud when running. Closing the door is also noisy.

We had a GE Microwave before and it performed very well for 14 years and never needed service. I think it is well made and well put together and thought out for features - I would not want it to do anything different than what it does.

I bought the oven 3 months ago. It works, but I noticed that there is no light inside. I checked to see if the bulb could be replaced, but I was told only a technician could do it, but none was available to come to my location.
